Job Description
Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years in strategic sourcing or procurement, with at least 3 years explicitly managing janitorial services or facilities management categories.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (CPSM or CSCP certification is a plus).
Technical skills: Proficiency with enterprise ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Coupa) and advanced Excel data analysis.
Industry knowledge: Strong familiarity with OSHA standards, chemical safety data sheets (SDS), and commercial cleaning operational workflows.
Key responsibilities:
Vendor management: Source, vet, and onboard regional and national janitorial service providers and facility supply distributors.
Contract negotiation: Draft, negotiate, and execute high-value Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and statement of work (SOW) documents with clear performance metrics.
