As a Bid Desk Manager , you will manage competitive bid events, support sourcing initiatives, work with procurement tools, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, stakeholder interaction, and structured sourcing execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage competitive bid events, including RFx and e-auctions
- Support sourcing and procurement initiatives across business teams
- Work with stakeholders and suppliers to drive bid activity forward
- Use procurement/business management tools such as Coupa, Ariba, or comparable platforms
- Prepare and deliver presentations for stakeholders and leadership
- Manage multiple priorities and workstreams with minimal supervision
