Job Description : Manager – CAPEX & Engineering Procurement - Biotechnology
Qualification - B tech/Biotechnology
Experience - 7 to 10 years in Pharma capex/eng procurement with atleast 2-3 years in Biotech industry
Should have handled procurement of Bioreactors, Filtration systems, filling systems, Autoclaves, Utility equipment's etc
Manage end-to-end procurement of capital equipment, machinery, and engineering assets for pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing facilities.
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance, Validation, Projects, and Finance teams to understand technical specifications and procurement requirements.
Conduct techno-commercial evaluations of supplier quotations and recommend suitable vendors.
Ensure procurement activities comply with GMP, Gx P, regulatory, and company procurement policies.
Track purchase orders from creation through delivery, installation, commissioning, and project closure.
