Strategic Sourcing: Establish macro procurement strategies for raw materials to guarantee long-term operational continuity. High-Value Negotiation: Lead critical negotiations regarding pricing structures, volume commitments, and risk management with major cooperatives and larger supplier hubs. Ecosystem Expansion: Build and scale deep, trust-based ecosystems with farmer groups, expanding the brand’s geographic sourcing footprint. Financial & Team Leadership: Oversee the department budget, monitor market fluctuations to safeguard margins, and mentor the procurement team to optimize bottom-line costs.
