Responsibilities
- Establish, implement & update department procedures, work instructions, rules & regulations & control documentation.
- Always be aware of prevention & cost down by continual improvement.
- Daily procurement activity, sourcing, inquiry and evaluation of quotation, negotiation and confirmation of order.
- Prepare Purchase Order.
- Receive materials from suppliers directly to the office.
- Attach Delivery Order/ Invoice/ Purchase Order for accounting necessary.
- Implement purchasing procedure effectively.
- Ensure material received on time to avoid hindering project progress.
