Responsibilities/Duties：
- Review drawing packages and obtain quotations from Approved Suppliers list for prototype and production processes.
- Negotiate with approved suppliers regarding best terms, delivery, quality specifications, and lowest overall cost.
- Analyze and compare quotations, detailing differences, and competitive advantages of each and recommend best proposal, based upon ‘How would you spend your money!’
- Process purchase requisitions for new tools, tool modifications, component parts and products in support of new project/programs and updates and changes to existing.
- Question and justify all price changes, both increases and surcharges.
- Coordinate activities with global procurement engineers
