- ESG, Governance, Training & Development is responsible for developing, in close alignment with the Corporate Governance team, and executing the Procurement ESG Strategy across the entire Procurement organization.
The role is also responsible for driving the entire reporting function in collaboration with the CoE.
The role is accountable for the Procurement Governance process, including Policies and Procedures, Guidelines as well as owning the Procurement DOI Project management and Savings Process.
The role is also accountable for the ongoing as well as ad-hoc savings reporting to CPO, PLT, and COO.
The role is responsible for the development and implementation of a global Procurement Academy based on the Procurement Capability Framework.
