Job Description
Overview
- Lead and develop Ponsse’s global procurement function, covering product-related direct procurement and non-product-related procurement
- Ensure that procurement supports Ponsse’s business targets, competitiveness, product cost management, quality, delivery performance and long-term strategic development
- Be part of the Operations Leadership Team and report to the Chief Operations Officer
- Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, R&D, product management, quality and other key functions to ensure procurement decisions support customer value, compliance and operational excellence
- Lead the development and execution of Ponsse’s procurement strategy and processes, including supplier selection and leading supplier relationships
