Support Ledcor's procurement process as a Data and Invoice Administrator in Edmonton, AB. This hybrid role emphasizes accuracy and effective communication with multiple stakeholders.
Your focus will be on resolving invoice discrepancies and coordinating with vendors and the Procurement team. The position also requires keen detail orientation and the ability to manage various priorities effectively while supporting timely payment processing across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer cost control systems for invoices
• Audit and identify causes of discrepancies
