Procurement Data Analyst

POSITION: PROCUREMENT ASSOCIATE

The Procurement Associate supports the procurement function by assisting with sourcing, purchasing, vendor coordination, and procurement documentation. This role ensures timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of goods and services in line with company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 12 years of experience in procurement or a related work experience
• Knowledge of liquidation and cash advance processes
• Proficient in Basic Excel Skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Existing supplier network is a plus
• Willing to learn and adapt
• Must be familiar outside Metro Manila locations
