Procurement & Contract Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an efficient system for managing and organising company enquiries, and support the sales team in project costing activities
• Coordinate with sales personnel to gather enquiries and communicate them to suppliers for quotation requests
• Source and compile supplier quotations and conduct price comparisons for management review
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and prepare purchase-related documentation and contracts
• Coordinate with the logistics team to obtain shipping and transportation quotations
• Work closely with logistics and suppliers to monitor order progress, production timelines, and delivery performance
• Track and monitor market price trends and foreign exchange movements, and provide regular updates to management
