Procurement Clerk

Main responsibilities of the role include sourcing materials, spare parts, tools and equipment according to specifications, participating in vendor selection, and negotiating prices and delivery lead times with vendors and contractors.

The role also covers procurement processes (e.g., RFQ, PR/PO), coordinating with multiple departments on technical specifications, delivery/collection schedules, and supplier payments, as well as coordinating inbound and outbound shipments and deliveries.
