Procurement Category Manager France (Barcelona)

Our client is a leading company in innovative packaging solutions, offering a dynamic team environment with collaboration across plants in Spain, France and Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: Develop information on suppliers, elaborate and monitor category strategy, lead and execute procurement strategies for the suppliers' panel, develop, promote, globalize or substitute. Further develop category strategy, risk management and reverse engineering to understand supply cost structure and supplier development.
• Install KPIs at all levels to monitor strategy implementation.
• Actively support business development and cross-sectional projects from purchasing perspective; set up state-of-the-art purchasing standards to implement the procurement category strategy.
