Key Responsibilities
- End to End Indirect Purchasing includes:
- Internal business request analysis.
- Enforcing policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with Finance, MIS, Legal and Operations teams for execution.
- Coordinate with external suppliers, analyzing price offers, negotiating improved business terms, cost mitigation/avoidance.
- Serve as a partner to the business owner (Employees/Customers) located in various departments and offices in Canada, US, & Latin America.
- Ability to break down complex contracts to translate data into actionable purchasing decisions.
Qualifications
- Hybrid work environment with minimum 3-days/week in office work (Redwood Shores, CA, Ottawa, ON).
- Global customer service experience in a culturally diverse setting with customer centric skillset.
