The Level 3 or 4 Procurement Agent is a senior, independent procurement professional responsible for managing complex procurement packages for the E7 program, including both Commercial and government-subject efforts (TINA/FAR). This role leads end-to-end sourcing for medium-to-high complexity buys, performs cost/price analysis, negotiates contractual terms, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners cross-functionally to deliver schedule and cost objectives.
