Job Description
Procurement Admin (Automotive) is to support our vehicle sourcing and bidding operations. This role plays a critical part in driving procurement efficiency, improving bidding accuracy, and securing profitable vehicle acquisitions in a highly competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Automotive Market & Product Knowledge
. Develop strong understanding of the Singapore automotive market, including vehicle specifications, pricing, and demand trends.
. Monitor COE trends, ARF calculations, and regulatory requirements.
. Stay updated on bidding channels, auction platforms, and sourcing opportunities.
2. ERP System & Costing Competency
. Utilise Vin's ERP system for vehicle cost computation and bid price calculation.
. Perform margin analysis and profitability assessments for each bid.
. Maintain accurate data entry and ensure all cost components are properly recorded.
