We are partnering with a market‑leading UK business that is seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Administrator to join their team on a fixed‑term basis. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail‑focused, and keen to develop within supply chain, procurement, or ERP administration.
Contract Details : 6‑month fixed term contract, Salary dependent on experience, Working hours: Mon‑Fri, 40 hours per week, Gloucester.
Job Description
- Support the Sage 200 data‑cleansing project by reviewing, correcting, and updating system records.
- Maintain accurate supplier information, including contact details, terms, and lead times.
- Update supplier pricing and cost data to ensure accurate purchasing and planning.
- Validate key MRP fields such as MOQ, order multiples, safety stock and reorder points.
- Work closely with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to resolve missing or inconsistent data.
