Location: Castle Cary, South East England, United Kingdom.
Salary: £29,400- £31,200 (including shift allowance, dependent on experience).
Shift Pattern: 37 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, weekly rotating shifts.

The Role
This hands‑on role ensures raw materials and machinery run smoothly to keep production efficient and safe. You will play a key part in quality, safety, and output across different shifts. Full training is provided.
Shift Pattern
- Week 1: 6 am – 2 pm
- Week 2: 2 pm – 10 pm
- Week 3: 10 pm – 6 am
