Position Summary
Process Technician – Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM (potential to transition to 12‑hour shifts in the future). 100% on‑site at the Adair manufacturing facility. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and involves developing expertise in primary and secondary process areas, performing routine equipment maintenance, assuring quality documentation, and supporting the production schedule.
Responsibilities
- Minimise equipment downtime and improve equipment availability by reducing machine turnaround time.
- Lead safety initiatives by demonstrating zero‑tolerance behaviours, participating in safety investigations, and completing risk assessments.
- Encourage quality excellence by enforcing SOPs, maintaining zero‑defect behaviour, and ensuring real‑time batch record completion.
- Carry out targeted training and ensure Compliance Wire training is completed within due dates.
