Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist engineers in planning and executing experiments (e.g., ALD/CVD, post-processing, and related process development), including data collection, preliminary analysis, and reporting within established safety guidelines.
- Perform material characterization using techniques such as SEM, EDX, Raman, PL, and ellipsometry to evaluate film quality and uniformity.
- Prepare substrates, precursors, and consumables, and support day-to-day operation of process tools and lab equipment.
- Generate clear internal documentation including run logs, SOPs, and summaries for technical reviews and presentations.
- Strictly adhere to EHS protocols, including safe handling of chemicals and gases (e.g., chalcogen precursors), and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Contribute to process optimization, tool readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives in 2D materials development.
