Duties and Responsibilities:
Following scientific molding process as per the guide lines for new and current projects
Collaborating with Tooling and Quality Assurance on the “Quality Planning phase of
new products and continuous improvements of current products
Communicate and assist with implementation and development of operator and
operation instructions for molding process of projects; collaborate with Production
manager, supervisors and quality assurance
In concert with Tooling and Quality Assurance sample new and existing molds using the
principles of lean manufacturing( automation, cavity separation, cycle time reduction
etc),and scientific molding in order to define (and document) a robust, capable,
repeatable and controlled process.
Fill out all required documents as per Silcotech 4.0 procedures
Set up, startup and change molds of new and existing projects as per the expected time
