Process Technician-Injection Molding

The Process Technician is a hands-on technical role at the center of Amcors injection molding operation. This individual is responsible for the daily performance of injection molding presses at P8 from startup through shutdown, including mold changes, process troubleshooting, cycle time optimization, and on-going mold preventive maintenance. Were growing fast and taking on increasingly complex programs. The right person is technically sharp, takes pride in running clean, efficient presses, and brings a proactive mindset to catching and solving process issues before they become production problems. This is a role with real technical impact, direct visibility to division leadership, and clear growth opportunity as the division expands.
