Job Description
- Production line process monitor on shift to meet planned KPIs goal, work more efficiency.
- Execute exactly according Spec, WI, OPL and BKM to maintain process.
- Process ramp up and conversion to support production volume loading.
- Perform monitor / CAL of production process and process tooling.
- Provide technical support / solutions to resolve process related issues.
- Meet all company requirements on 5s, quality, EHS and discipline.
- Conduct training to new technician.
- Perform other duties as required assigned by supervisor and process Manager.
Qualifications
- Diploma and major in Physical, Chemistry, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering
- Basic communication skill and good learning and feedback ability.
- Basic English reading and writing ability. Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
- 4~6 years’ industrial working experience.
