Job Description
The Plant Engineering organization is responsible for technical activities relating to operations and maintenance of plant equipment during Construction, Commissioning, and Operations of the Hanford Tank Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant (WTP). Under direction of a Plant Engineering Manager, the Plant Engineering Supervisor coordinates and directs the activities of plant engineers assigned to their group. The Plant Engineering Supervisor ensures that Plant Engineering organizational priorities are implemented and pursued, and ensures that interactions with other Plant Engineering staff, Operations, Maintenance, WTP Project groups, subcontractors, and equipment vendors are adequate to perform assigned job functions.
