Process quality engineer (pqe)

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering field.
3 to 5+ years of quality experience within the automotive manufacturing industry.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated Process Quality Engineer (PQE) role.
Experience working with Tier 1 suppliers or OEMs is highly preferred.
Experience in the following processes:
Lamination
Cutting
Sewing
Professional English level.
IATF 16949 Internal Auditor certification preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
Quality Core Tools
APQP
PPAP
DFMEA / PFMEA
MSA
SPC
Tools & Methodologies
Problem-solving methodologies.
Statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in Minitab.
Process Knowledge
Strong understanding of:
Production line processes
Control Plans (CP)
Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP)
Quality Systems
Knowledge of IATF standards.
