Since 2009, Gowest Gold has expanded its land holdings to over 120 square kilometres in the prolific Timmins gold camp. Our properties are strategically positioned along key geological structures, including the underexplored Pipestone Fault, associated with the gold‑rich Porcupine‑Destor Fault system, which has produced over 145 million ounces of gold across the Abitibi Greenstone Belt.
POSITION SUMMARY
This position follows a Mill Line of Progression designed to develop employees into skilled operators who can support all stages of the milling process. Placement within the progression will be based on the candidate’s completed Ministry training modules. Through hands‑on training, competency development, and gradually increasing responsibilities, operators learn to safely operate equipment, monitor plant performance, and support day‑to‑day production activities.
