Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for personal safety and the safety of others in designated area.
- Responsible for machine safe practices, 5S, PTW, LOTO and SAM.
- Accountable for all quality process checks as per prescribed frequency.
- Responsible for quality packaged product within designated work area.
- Ensure problem solving for all out-of-control processes.
- Ensure VPO implementation.
- Escalate out of control processes to Team Leader or Process Artisan.
- Verify compliance with daily routines as per Agenda of Routine.
- Execute daily schedule: production, changeovers, cleaning and lubrication, autonomous maintenance inspections and fixes.
- Operate equipment according to SOPs.
- Owner of performance of assigned equipment including input and output, process indicators, uptime and quality at source.
