Focus on enhancing process knowledge as a Process Knowledge Manager in food production. Support change initiatives and process improvement across the plant.
In this pivotal role, you will report to the Plant Manager and collaborate closely with Quality and Process Specialists. A Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Chemical Engineering, alongside over five years of experience, will enable you to manage documentation and application of process knowledge. Your role includes executing process improvement projects and facilitating workshops using the DMAIC methodology while coaching operation teams.
