Process Improvement Specialist

Extraco Banks is seeking

a detail‑oriented, analytical, and solutions‑driven Process Improvement Specialist to support enterprise workflow automation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role designs, develops, and optimizes workflows within systems such as Enterprise Workflow (EWF), Nintex Workflow Cloud (NWC), and Teslar. What You’ll Do Workflow Design & Automation

Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows across EWF, Nintex Workflow Cloud, and Teslar.

Build and maintain automation solutions including Nintex RPA scripts and Teslar workflows.

Develop and implement automation solutions using the Q2 SDK for online banking enhancements.

Create intuitive digital forms to support business needs and improve user experience.
