Process Improvement Specialist

LeverageTek is actively seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist for a six-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer.

Work Location

On-site at the customer headquarters in Ottawa, Ontario, Monday to Friday.

Occasional travel to a secondary campus in Pembroke, Ontario (up to twice during the engagement) may be required and will be planned in advance.

Key Tasks

• Identify problem statements, confirm current state, and identify pain points and barriers across up to five business processes
• Collaboratively develop sustainable future-state processes to improve efficiency, enhance student experience, enable measurable improvements, and build internal capacity
• Facilitate workshops, improvement events, interviews, value stream mapping sessions, and working groups
