Empire Life is looking to hire a Process Improvement Leader to join our Corporate Services team. We are seeking an experienced leader who thrives on designing and implementing large-scale organizational changes.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead complex projects that deliver measurable improvements in key business metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams and using data to monitor results.
- Support the creation and implementation of new processes, process controls, reporting systems and training materials required to support large-scale enterprise change.
- Coach and mentor business leaders, employees and other Process Improvement Leaders on process improvement methodologies and best practices.
