Process Improvement Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and skilled professional to join our team as a Process Improvement Analyst, for our (Technical) client, overseeing all quality-related activities. You will work for us Geodis, but the role is fully dedicated to our client.

In this role you will be responsible for monitoring and tracking all quality tasks associated with Client CPL products fulfilled in Rotterdam. They will initiate Corrective and Preventive Action Requests (CPARs), taking ownership to investigate and resolve any fulfilment center quality issues and concerns. The analyst will reinforce outgoing quality expectations with FFC suppliers, aiming to minimize quality-related disruptions. They will identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction in order fulfilment.
