• Line balancing and elimination of bottlenecks through time analysis.
• Implementation of cost‑saving ideas.
• Improvements to machinery and equipment.
• Development and implementation of better technologies.
• Improvements to process flows.
• Redefinition of the layout.
• Monitoring and updating AMEF, and reducing RPNs.
• Updating, developing, and controlling process sheets and process documentation.
• Purchasing machinery and equipment.
• Participating in IATF audits.
• Participating in VDA audits.
• Knowledge of Core Tools (AMEF, DF, APQP, PPAP).
• Knowledge of GD&T.
• Knowledge of Optitex or Accunest and Accumark (applies to Cutting & Sewing).
• Optional: Knowledge of Navistar and Daimler CSR.
