Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control daily process operations, including material preparation, feeding, filling, process adjustment, and testing activities.
Ensure all operators comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and safety regulations.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement to enhance productivity and product quality.
Coordinate production site activities with planners, supervisors, and production workers to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure safe operation practices are implemented at all times.
Liaise and communicate effectively with internal departments to support operational efficiency and workflow coordination.
Prepare weekly and monthly production operation reports for management review.
Carry out additional duties and assignments as assigned by superior from time to time.
