RESPONSIBILITIES
:We are seeking a hands-on AMT Process Engineer to lead the development and optimization of a coating process for components used in high speed interconnects. The engineer will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing scalable, robust processes that ensure product quality, consistency, and cost-effectiveness. This role requires strong knowledge of polymer substrates, coating technologies, and process control in a manufacturing environment.
