Process Engineer - Mechanical

The Process (Mechanical) Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes for printed circuit boards (PCBs). This role ensures the production of high-quality PCBs through improving process efficiency, maintaining equipment, and adhering to quality standards. The PCB process engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, introduce new technologies, and support continuous improvement activities.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and improve PCB processes.


• Optimize production workflows, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards.


• Serve as the primary owner of your respective processes with a general knowledge of your internal customers.
