Process Engineer (Industrial Engineers)

We are looking for a Process Engineer with a strong Industrial Engineering background to drive operational excellence within our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for optimizing production processes, improving cycle times, and reducing waste through the application of IE principles, Lean methodologies, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze end-to-end manufacturing processes, including production flow, cycle time, and line balancing, to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase throughput, reduce downtime, and optimize resource utilization
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, and Lean projects on the production floor
• Conduct time and motion studies, capacity analysis, and workstation optimization
• Utilize data analytics to monitor line performance, identify trends, and drive corrective actions
