Location: Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico

Provide direct engineering support to manufacturing production lines, ensuring process compliance and product quality.

• Provide technical expertise and leadership for daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production, quality, scrap, and cycle time metrics are met.
• Apply Process Excellence methodology and analytical tools to identify and implement improvements to reduce cost, eliminate scrap, improve quality, and minimize cycle time.
• Develop and support specific manufacturing capability technology for product transfer and new product introduction.
• Provide technical support for special projects, pilot operations, product and process improvements, risk management, and capital expense forecasting.
