• Train teams on CI tools and techniques
• Support data collection for CI activities
• Lead root-cause analysis sessions
• Develop new work standards for continuous improvement
• Mentor colleagues on CI methodologies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Experience in lean and TPM tools
• Mastery of Excel and data analytic tools
• Strong facilitation and organizational skills
• Experience in food manufacturing a plus
