Process Engineer (Electronics, FC Mount & Wirebond)

SFA Semicon Philippines Corporation is urgently hiring for the position of Process Engineer in Mabalacat, Pampanga. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields and have strong communication and analytical skills.

The ideal candidate should preferably have relevant experience from the manufacturing or semiconductor industry, specifically in processes such as FC Mount, Wirebond, and Die Attach. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays is required.
