Process Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Leading team and other function for process improvement, line balancing and other activity of productivity improvement
2. Hands on with daily task using TPM, KPI, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, DOE, and other engineering tools
3. Manage product processing and industrialization processes

Qualification

1. Graduate of D3/ Bachelor Degree Mechanical Electrical/Electronic Engineering related fields
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Process control manufacturing Electronic, FMCG and other
3. Fundamental knowledge of safety work practices, LOTO implementation & 5S understanding and implementation
4. Understanding SAP, BOM, MES or other system use in manufacturing process
5. Able to work independently and as part of a tea
6. Willing to work in shifts & Overtime, and locations that require mobility
