JOB SUMMARY
This position provides leadership, direction, and problem-solving skills to eliminate manufacturing conflicts, document improvements, and maintain positive relations with our customers. This position will be supporting Howmet Aerospace/Tempcraft locations in Cleveland, OH (3960 S. Marginal Rd. Cleveland, OH, 44114) and Brecksville, OH (10147 Brecksville Rd. Brecksville, OH 44141).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
+ Be a customer service liaison between our facility and core injection facility.
+ Will develop and approve new and revised Activity Instructions criteria in the tool and die manufacturing areas.
+ Is responsible for daily interface and communication of issues with manufacturing, maintenance, facilities personnel responsible for the wax areas.
