Process Engineer - Automotive Industry

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Responsible for industrialization of new products within the costs, timing and quality defined;
  
• Promote the improvement of existing manufacturing processes, with a view to gains in Safety, Quality and Productivity;
  
• Define and design layout and processes, defining working methods, work cell balance, and determination of manufacturing times for new products and production objectives of work cells/lines.
• Prepare specifications and documentation for tools and equipment and its operating processes.
• Collaborate with all areas in continuous improvements.
• Interact with equipment suppliers assuring all requirements are accomplished, including tools, equipment, assembly fixtures or other equipment needed.
• Define manufacturing BOM’s.
