ResponsibilitiesEnsure that processes meet established Safety, Quality and Productivity standards.Development and understanding of documentation related to the process: gages and electrical diagrams, etc.Process and parameter adjustment, painting, Washing Machines and Ovens.Production support in operation of the process to ensure the goals.Work in a Safety environment to avoid accidents.Maintenance development and review lists of equipment spare parts.Ensure that all Preventive Maintenance is carried out correctly (availability during plant closure).
Establish frequency of change of consumables in the Monuments area.Optimize resources, cost reduction or savings related to the process.Continuous Improvement Projects, Six Sigma.Knowledge of Painting Processes, Area of Final Packaging and Assembly machinery.RequirementsEngineering Career: Electronic, Mechanical or Mechatronic.Experience in metal processes mechanics assembly and manufacturing.Machinery knowledge electro-mechanics au...
