**Schedule:** Mon – Fri; 6:00am – 2:30pm, OT as needed
**What You Will Do:**
As a Process Development Specialist in Advanced Operations, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes for new products and technologies. Working closely with Engineering and Operations teams, you will support process development activities from concept through production launch while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
+ Support the development, documentation, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and systems.
+ Assist with new product introductions by executing process development activities in accordance with Stryker procedures.
+ Create and maintain technical documentation, manufacturing specifications, and process-related records.
+ Develop and execute CNC, CAD/CAM, CMM, and other manufacturing process programming activities as required.
