Process Development Engineer — Medical Device Moulding

Fisher Paykel Healthcare seeks an engineer to introduce the latest Obstructive Sleep Apnea masks into production. You will develop mould tool specifications, work with toolmakers through design, build and test, then create the moulding process and validate production.

You will troubleshoot tooling, thermoplastic and LSR injection moulding processes and research new moulding technologies to push manufacturing boundaries.
