AIQU is hiring a Process & Operational Excellence Specialist for a 1-year, extendable contract in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The role focuses on process improvement, CX journey optimization, and operational excellence.

You will work with CRM systems like Salesforce and SAP ERP, map journeys, analyze data with Excel/Power BI/Tableau, and translate insights into actionable improvements. Immediate joiner preferred; notice up to 15–30 days.
