Job Responsibilities
Process Flow of Process Coordinator at ASS Department
Payment Details: Verify payment details from account
Payment Logs: Enter payments into the ASS Service Report
Complaints: Log complaints from Email, WhatsApp, and Calls in ASS Service Report
Service Reports: Update and entry of physical service reports to the Google Sheet (ASS Service Report).
Payment Follow-ups: Chase pending payments via Mail, WhatsApp, and Calls
Invoicing Accounts: Coordinate invoice creation with the Accounts team
