Process and Governance Specialist

About the role

As our business continues to grow and evolve, we’re seeking an experienced Process and Governance Specialist with strong strata property claims expertise to play a pivotal role within our Technical and Operations team in Commercial Claims.

In this hands-on position, you’ll design and govern the Claims processes while also helping shape and improve claims experience. You’ll act as an expert, providing guidance, advice, and support and contributing to a best-in-class claims experience.
