About the Role
We are seeking a Paralegal with experience in probate and, ideally, conservatorship matters. Conservatorship is the primary need for this position but there will be some support for court matters in the probate and Trust areas as well, so this role is best suited for someone who understands the importance of accuracy, follow-through, deadline management, and compassionate client communication in matters involving vulnerable individuals and families.
This is a full-time, in-office position in Upland, California. You will work closely with attorneys to support court filed matters in conservatorship, probate, trust matters.
